I did not compare the Kioti when I was looking but I did compare to Kubota and John Deere and for the price the Mahindra looks like it is the better value and more tractor for the price.
Comparison was between: JD 4120 Kubota L4400 Mahindra 4035 Sorry this doesn’t answer your question but I’ve been hearing a lot of good things about Mahindra and nothing about Kioti. |

Do not own one (Mahindra) but in process of looking now. Main difference I have seen is weight of tractor itself and lift capacities - - Mahindra is ALL metal no fiberglass . That is why the word "tough" is usually said in the same sentence when you say Mahindra.

Kioti is Chinese made, right? I remember when I was younger, we had a Kubota which was a pretty good machine. We had some friends though that had a Kioti and back then I remember the main complaint was that it was a big deal if anything ever broke. Hard to take apart, and hard to get parts. Things may have changed now. However, from what I have heard, Mahindra seems to be one of the choice machines out there.
