2810 3 point lift problem

My Mahindra 2810 rear 3 point hitch hydraulic lift will not lower. I used the tractor without an implement for a few days & now it will not lower to allow me to hookup to implements. I've tried standing on it, but no movement. It will still raise, but I don't want to raise it higher with this problem.

The front-end loader hydraulics still work fine.

Any ideas? Thanks for looking...
