I have read alot on your forum recently and thought I would join. I recently purchased my first used tractor, a 1994 Mahindra 450 2WD Diesel. I know nothing about tractors and never been on one until I purchased this one. Not sure if it was a good choice but I hope that it was. I havent had alot of time on it yet but enjoying so far. I know I will have alot of questions. I bought becasue I have 7 acres heavily wooded with alot of thick brush. I dont want to completly clear it, but mainly clear out all of the brush and smaller trees to make it nice. Also maybe 1/2 acre for a garden. Anyway there are many things I eventually want to do. First thing is to see exactly what my tractor can do and if I can do it with what I have. I also have a 6ft. bush hog and my trusty Sthil chainaw. If anyone has any advise on what implements I should buy, or just any advise on what this tractor can handle that would be really great?
